Job Description
We are hiring a draw frame voulk service engineer for textile machines manufacturing company in Coimbatore.
Job Specification:
1. Closing action for all Customer requests at customer end
2. To provide customer end information to the internal department for defect analysis
3. Impart knowledge on products to service engineers/customers
4. Provide service communication to technical improvements.
Job Role:
1. Analyze the customer complaints at the customer end and implement a solution
2. Guide the field service team to resolve customer complaints at the site itself.
3. Guide the field service team to conduct technical/technological issues at the site
4. Attend customer calls and initiate closing action
Eligibility:
- Diploma/B. Tech in Textile Technology / or Any UG
- Exposure in Textile Spinning Machineries and its Technologies
- Textile machinery knowledge must.
- Willing to travel.
