Telecalling Officer
Responsibilities
 The candidate will have to do outbound calling on the given data and Own Data
 Candidates will be responsible to generate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans , Home
Loans
 Need Analysis/Eligibility Profiling
 Fixing up an appointment
 Timely follow up with all prospects. 100% follow up calls to be made
 Responsible for complete knowledge of company products
 Generating References
 Responsible for complete knowledge of company products and policies
 Need to capture conversation with the customer effectively
 Providing market feedback to the supervisor
Requirements
 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
 Good knowledge of English/Tamil
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
